When Pagestream exports a PDF document, spread-pages are kept together.
In example two A4 sheets are "converted" in a A3 sheet.
Generally it is a very good move, but sometimes I need to split
spread-pages in single pages during pdf export if I have to print it by
a A4 only printer.
Please, Deron, could you add a selectable option to do or not to do the
split?
