PgS 5.0.4.33, on a Debian Lennie system (32 bit). Here's the deal:

1. Create a document with two fonts.
2. Send to the printer (HP 2500 series color laser). Printer's "data" light flashes twice, then goes steady green. Nothing prints.
3. Save same document (with same fonts) from PgS as .pdf. Open that .pdf in Adobe Reader, select print, printer prints the document fine.
4. Recreate same document in OpenOffice 3, with same fonts. Prints with no problem.
5. Go back to PgS, pull up the original document. Send to printer again. Printer's "data" light flashes twice, then goes steady green. Nothing prints.
6. Randomly try different font combinations. Some work, some don't, I can't see any reason why (but I haven't gone through font-by-font, though, it would take a long time).
7. The test documents included with PgS print fine.

I'm glad I got the document printed through a .pdf file, but why would the same font print via .pdf and not through the printer?

Wich font was giving you the problem? someone here might have the solution for you, but it would help if we knew what font.

If you could archive these 4 fonts that fail to print for you, or
others, I would be happy to try them here and fix the problem if I can
reproduce it.

Thanks,

Deron
