Opened up the preferences dialog/requester and in the folders section, the right hand portion showing the folder paths is squeezed to the right so the path fields barely show. This is in KDE 4.8.5 . This was a little better a few versions of KDE back.

I'm thinking that the preferences dialog/requester really needs to be rewritten to use tabs for the sections we wish adjust the settings for.
also another nicety would be to have the list of preferences in "items" column sorted alphabetically.

also the "type" and "editors" entries also have a similar problem.
