I think I have found and fixed this. It should have still installed in the proper place. Just the confirmation directory was screwed up (and I think the uninstall).

Could you clarify this? I tried all of the following, and they worked fine:
Typing so that it scrolled the window left, right and down and next page (no way to do up). Cursor moving so that the window scrolled left, right, up, down, prev and next page. Inserting text with auto text frames on and it created additional columns automatically.

Confirmed. Keyboard shortcuts are DOA. Fixed.
