For those having unzip problems,
I'm a registered user of Winzip
but I found a freeware program called PowerArchiver 2000
that works just as well as Winzip
and it also handles lha file properly
(something I could never get Winzip to do)
& unlike Winzip it doesn't require an external program to do it

When extracting pgs406.zip you should get 15 objects
then run setup.exe
it installs on my computer, no problem

After you open or start a new document you get a gray screen
minimize then maximize the window and it will show the document

if I close the first document and try to open or create another I get this:
