Deron,

After reading over Mario Galante's comments, I wish to add a few of my own.
PDF export has gotten to the point where I can actually use it now.
However, there are a few idiosyncracies.

1) Documents imported from the Amiga that have Symbol font in them display
the font okay, but upon export to pdf, they become invisible. If I type in
some Symbol fonts on a new file, and then cut from the original document and
paste to the new one, then the Symbol fonts in the pdf file become visible.
If I delete the Symbol font characters typed in at the beginning of the new
file, they become invisible in the resulting pdf file. My temporary
solution is to leave those typed in Symbol font characters, but use the
stack selection under the Object menu to send those back behind a text
frame. That seems to work okay.

2) Superscripts and subscripts have a placement problem in the resulting
pdf file. I have been placing extra spaced before my super and subscripts,
to get them to appear where they should be in the pdf file.

You're really getting there, so I know you'll have the product we've all
been waiting for.

Good luck.

Dave
