Well,
I've been done this road before but I'm at work, not at home.
I just added TextFX. Got the pass into the secure site and downloaded it. The
next problem was where to put it. The unzipper wanted to put it into Program
Files on the C: drive. But I have Pagestream on my E: drive. I put TextFX there.
But now when I restart the PC and then load a text file I have into Pagestream4,
I can find no reference to TextFX.
Some sort of readme file would have helped a great deal. I can't tell if it
loaded correctly. Pagestream can't go onto the C: drive because that's where
everything else wants to put their various files and the drive then fills up and
the computer stops running.
It loaded into a directory called TextFX inside the directory PAGESTREAM.
Is this where it belongs?
What is the magic incarnation to let me into the menu for TextFX? I certainly
can't find it. I tried highlighting text both through text mode and floating
frame with an object.
What do I do next?

Hmm. The installer should have given you a choice where to put it. Either
way, the file "TextFX.ext" file should be placed inside
PageStream/SoftLogik/Engines/

Then of course to use it you select a frameless text object in object mode
and select the FX button in the edit palette.
