I don't remember if you answered this before or not Deron, but would
a .pgs file, a .ps file created by PageStream and a .pdf file created by
GSview be of use to you? I could also supply a copy of the same thing as
a PageStream created pdf file if it would help.

I'm good. Trying to finish up 5.0 over the last few months I've gotten used
to late to bed, early to rise. I actually like it. If I could only cut
sleep out, eh?

The .ps file I created with PageStream 4.1.5.8. By the way, in 4.1.6.26
I could not get PageStream to select a postscript printer. In 5.0.1.27
it would not select the ppd I had selected in 4.1.5.8 and usually
crashed when I tried to print (Imposition/repeating 2x2) and when it did
print, it did not repeat.

The .pdf file was created in GSView 4.4
