Hi everyone,
Just ran into an situation where I imported some text sent to me by
a friend using MS Word and the quotes did not get converted. I used the
default settings. It is a pain as it converts them to code #255 and you
cannot do a find and replace for that. Either it is a bug or I am doing
something wrong. :\
