Hi Deron:

I'm using PgS 5.0.1.33 Pro for windows.

I thought I'd be smart and try the "One last trick with
text". I made a frameless text object with several lines, as
described. In the Mask sub menu all the item are ghosted and
I couldn't figure any way to change it? I did manage to make
the top item available by placing a seconded filled object
behind the text one.

Another observation.
I had finished the last line of text in the frameless text
object with a period. I fully justified the text and
low-and-behold the period appears outside the justification
box. When the object is selected with the object tool the
period appears outside the box. If the object is moved on
the page the ghost of the period is not cleaned up after the
move.

The same thing happens with punctuation with right justify, which is
probably not surprising.

As for the ghost, you need to redraw the screen after changes such as
this. I have changed my redraw script to the F11 key though as F10 would
not redraw. Hope this is a good suggestion for you.

That would be a function of the now properly working hanging punctuation.
You can turn it _off_ in Type -> Set Kerning.

Hi!

First, I added that at the last minute. It shows To frame it you have
to draw a box around the text and select both the box and the drawing and
choose make frame. Second, the clip routines in the current release crash
in this case Was a good test case, had I used it before I shouted it to
the world

Fixed in the next release.
