Despite using BME a great deal with the ancient and trusty Amiga, I haven't
ever been able to get BME to do anything much for me under Windows. The last
version that started itself properly was 4.1.5.8 Windows, although I never
could get it to open any type of file, .IFF, .GIF, .JPG, .BMP, .TIF, etc.
Not really a problem as I have several other bitmap manipulation programs.
But I agree the versions of BME with 4.1.6.36 and 5.etc demo don't even
start themselves up...
Don't completely know why Deron still includes BME or if he is developing
it, but I'm sure someone on this list will tell me it's the greatest thing
since sliced bread ;-o

According to me is the last working BME in PGS 4.1.5.8.
The new version opens, but no menu is visible.
So nothing can be edited.
