Hi all,
PageStream Navigator hinder other requesters. It stays on top and can't be removed, then. So before you open another requester, you can move the Navigator anywhere you want. This makes working with Preferences, Screen Preferences and so on, much better.
That brings me to this: If you opened Screen Preferences (menu: File/System Preferences/Screen...) and didn't moved the Navigator, it's behind the Navigator. The only way to stop PGS is via the menu. But... PGS is still in memory. Because if you start a new PGS it crashes. With Ctrl-Alt-Del you can to Processes and find PageStream5.exe or PageStream5Pro.exe and end the process. No you can start PGS again.
Which leads to this: Screen Preferences is about DPI (pixels in an inch), so not pixels of a monitor. A normal monitor (3 by 4) is between 70 and 100 DPI. I mistakenly put in 1280 by 1024, and that takes DTP in another dimension. It took a lot of time for me, and Deron to find out :-[ . For me 96 by 96 is the correct input.
