A couple of days ago I moved the PS program window over on to my second monitor (because it is bigger), and closed the Edit Palette by clicking on its "X" so that it wouldn't obscure part of the page I was working on. Now I can't get it back.

I have tried the following:
1. Rebooting the computer
2. Closing (unplugging) the second monitor
3. Selecting and deselecting "Show Edit Palette" in the Window menu many times
4. Opening other documents

all to no avail, the Edit Palette refuses to re-appear for me.
