Strange things. I don't see my comment in PageStreamWindowsBeta. So I send this again.

I didn't know I was helping you too, Richard! Mmm, you couldn't drag anything? You couldn't move (drag?) an illustration to another place? You couldn't copy text/illustration and paste text/illustrations to another place (see below)? Or? (I am not familiar with dragging)
The way things are organized in PGS 5 is great. If you install a new PGS 5, it looks and feels like your 'old PGS 5'. Only when something other is happening, like disappearing documents (not really disappearing, but extremely small and on an awkward place) or disappearing toolboxes, toolbars, it is also saved in Pagestream5.ini (each time you close PGS).
So, if PGS or Windows XX (or any other platform) is doing something wrong when you close PGS, it is saved there (Pagestream5.ini). You can change Pagestream5.ini by hand, it's just a text file. So, if you don't know where to look for, you better delete Pagestream5.ini all the same, and start again to let PGS do the things you want it to do (you are quiet relieved when you see all your documents again!). You don't need to install PGS again, just deleting Pagestream5.ini, and PGS is brandnew.
But what I (!) don't get is this on Windows (7): am I the only one where PGS sometimes (!) doesn't want to load any document with a shred of text on it (yes, it loads a document with only an illustration or a new document). Or sometimes (!) doesn't want to copy or paste (one of those, probably paste: text and illustrations). I can use PGS 5.0.5.7 at the same time (not side by side with 5.0.5.8, but that is 'normal'. PGS doesn't allow you to have a second PGS open). The only way to have a fully functional 5.0.5.8 again, is to restart my computer. I seem to be the only one who complained about this. And that is, for me (and Deron), strange! Where to look for if it is a one person (PGS) only problem.
Anyway, I hope that this (mis-)behavior is straightened out in the next update of PGS. Deron?
