Hi Deron, Thanks for email re new mac beta - downloaded and installed it ok.
However on opening new documents it does not show the requester for size etc. but goes
straight to an 11 X 8.1/2 in doc which I cannot then alter.
Old docs open in the size they were saved in (usually A4).
Any thoughts please.
Rod

Hi Rod,

Welcome to the list. You can change the dimensions of the default master
page by choosing Edit Master Page from the Layout menu. You can also
hold down the shift-key when choosing New to see the old New Document
dialog. You can also change the default paper size by choosing "Remember".

This along with 3 or 4 other things are part of an experiment on
streamlining the PageStream interface and are suggestions presented by
customers. After we all give them all a chance, I hope that an
interesting discusion on them can take place. One item (the new document
window topbar) can be enabled/disabled in the General panel of the
Preferences dialog.

Thanks for that, Deron - easy when you know how...! Smile

It was worth the wait - Pagestream is as good as I remember it. Takes
me back to my Amiga days.

Thanks for all the hard work.
