I have tried to download the new help files from Files and from the URL you gave, previously for the first version. In both cases, the transfer seems to give up somewhere between 1.8 and 2.4 MBytes.

Any idea what the problem is? I have tries it with IE Explorer 6 and Opera 6.

Are you trying to download from the grasshopper web site, or the yahoo
groups files area?

In either case, I could have an explanation. The web site is limping along
right now. Our ISP switched server software and now secure downloads don't
work, and the mail server is 50/50. I wasn't aware of any problems download
the help file, but since everything else seems broken/erratic I suppose it
only makes sense. However, this is still your best bet.

Yahoo groups, as folks have told me, doesn't like to download large files,
and I should just stop trying to upload them to it.

I made the most attempts on the Yahoo file section, but also had problems on the grasshopper site. I will try the latter again with IE6.
