Hi: Deron: Some more.
- - - - - - - - - - *** Articles/Text Frame Links *** "If you delete text from a frame, text from the next frame will move up to the bottom of that frame." This sentence is not quite right. Changing the word "up to" to 'from' might help, but I think all from the comma on needs rework. Here is my effort:- 'If you delete text from a frame, the text after the deletion point flows upward filling the area vacated by the deletion. Thus any text that has linked into other frames, will be pulled back to maintain the contiguous flow of the text. *** Articles/Text Frame Links/Unlinking text frames/2. Break the text links. *** "Text links will be broken in both directions if the text frame is linked from one frame and to another." This sentence could be improved. A suggestion:- 'If the active frame is linked between two other frames, the text links will be broken in both directions.'
*** Typing and Importing Text *** Everything looked good.
*** Selecting Text ***
*** Copying and Pasting Text *** The first information block - The last two words "at once" would be better left off. The previous sentences indicate that the text on the clipboard can be changed.
*** Finding and Changing Text/Finding and Replacing Text Attributes/4. Click Change. *** The word "hilight" is misspelled twice in this paragraph, should be 'highlight'. I wondered if it might be the American spelling, but MS Word & Netscape agree with me. Maybe it's a techy slang. Might be worth checking the whole document for other occurrences, as I'm not good at catching spelling mistakes. - - - - - - - - -
