*** Common Questions *** It seems that there are several "Common Questions" chapter and I can't tell how you tell them a part, they're only pointed to from the table of Contents, and are not linked in the way they show in the table of contents. I think all of the Common Questions should be in one chapter. They can be divided by category and the Table of Contents can link to the different sections. At the front of the chapter there could be a list of all the questions with a link to the question is answer.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - I don't know how describe which section I'm making comments about, but I think the next section of comments are related to the Common Questions pointed to from the Object topic. *** Common Questions/How do I set the line and fill color? *** If the user doesn't know how to set Line and fill color, he may want to do it to text, I think some comments should be added.
*** Common Questions/About picture effects... *** Quite a few topics have this statement - "This effect cannot be used on black & white or palette pictures." To me, the statement "black and white" has 2 meanings - 1. An image that is not in color. 2. An image in which each pixel is described by one binary bit. Thus a 0 is white and a 1 is black. I assume this is the type of B/W that you're talking about here, thus these features will work with grayscale images? Also, I don't know what "palette pictures" are? I can only assume that you are talking about colors that are assigned by numbers as with Pantone colors? Or do you mean that you can change the feature of color bitmaps that have 24 bit or greater color?
*** Common Questions/Concepts *** "Overlapping portions of the paths will be unfilled, making holes through which can see objects behind them." Suggest - 'Overlapping portions of the paths will be unfilled, making holes through which objects can be seen.' Or - 'Overlapping portions of the paths will be unfilled, making holes through which objects lower on the stack can be seen,' - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Bye Peter Martin
