This one is more of a nuisance than a major problem. It happens with both PgS 5.1.1 and 5.0.5.8.

Start PgS and open a new document. With the Text Tool, click anywhere on the document. What I expect is that I should start typing and text is displayed. But that is not the case, I have to click the document again to place the text object.

Actually, when I initially click on the document I very briefly see the text cursor before it vanishes, as if the document window loses focus perhaps? If I click on the Object Tool, that text object is hilited so it has been placed on the page.
