I just tried to send another email to sales@pagestream.org complaining about my inability to
download the alpha version of Pagestream for OS X, and it was returned, with a message that
the address failed. Has Pagestream folded up their tents, or are they so far behind in reading
their email that they are no longer accepting any emails? I understand all of the problems
that they have detailed in this forum, but I think that, after waiting for over three years for
delivery of a product that has been paid for, those of us who have been patiently waiting
deserve at least a response to our emails. Spending all of their time working on the program
I have paid for does me no good when they won't authorize me to download it. I believe that
I have been more than patient, and at this point all I want is a refund of my upgrade price -
they had no problem processing my transaction (even though they knew at the time that they
had no product to deliver)... I'd like that money back now.
