Hmm. I have not done much with Printing yet. It has worked for most, so I've not ventured far. I use the lower level methods for printing so the Apple print dialog that offers that doesn't appear. However, you can still use it. As I remember, you can create a PDF printer, or simple just choose PageStream's Print Setup and choose "Save as PostScript". Then print a postscript file to disk and use Preview to generate a PDF or if it is too complex for it, use pstopdf.com.
I am still trying to dumb down the PostScript output enough to get Preview to be able to handle all the output. No idea why Ghostscript does a better job than Preview. Of course, I've also got some PDF that Preview doesn't like but Acrobat Reader has no problems with.
