Now that the MorphOS and Windows versions of Pagestream 5.1 Pro are updated and functional will this also happen to the macOS version sometime soon please? The Mac claims it is the premier DTP platform after all.

Nothing has changed with regards to future support for 64bit only non-Carbon supporting versions of OS X. A few years back I started working on a Cocoa/ObjC port (I've done several ObjC iOS mobile apps) only for Apple to start pushing Swift on OS X. That is exactly where I was when I started the first OS X app using Carbon. I like Swift, and I've done some work in it, but using it would require a full rewrite of the libraries and possibly of PageStream itself. I've not tried mixing C and Swift, and what I have read is a mixed bag. A full rewrite of PageStream in Swift mostly likely never going to happen.

However, a long time PageStream Mac tester and I have been talking about getting an update for current PageStream Mac users with the various bug fixes. I no longer have a machine that can compile it, so I've begun looking for a machine that can. If that happens, then expect a PageStream Mac update. Still won't run on current OS X releases, but it would run on OS 10.14 and older as before.
