Hello there, just looking for some advice.

I use PageStream 3.3 for OS9. Years ago I tried the version 4 beta but after a few crashes
decided to stick with 3.3. I don't know what the current version is, although the
pagestream.org site says version 4 is not finalized, and isn't updated to OS X yet?

Anyway, this is the only OS9 program that I still use, which runs in "classic mode" on my
G4 imac. Now I'm thinking about upgrading to an Intel Macintosh, and they do not have
classic mode anymore.

So, what's my best bet for running PageStream on an Intel Mac? Preferably one that will
import my current data files. Is there a stable version that will work with "Rosetta"
PowerPC emulation?

All I can say at this point is that we are working on what has been a big
PITA for us. I'm not in a position to understand all the problems, but they
are being worked on. I do know that the Linux version of PageStream works
on both Intel and PPC architectures, and I expect the same for the OSX
version. We are only testing and debugging on the PPC version, but I would
expect very few if any Intel specific bugs when that was finally releases.

I know, everyone wants to know when it will be done, but to say anymore
than we are working on it will only get me in trouble...
