The quick question I have is what version of OSX are people running? The
code is supposed to run down to 10.1, but I think 10.2 is more reasonable.

(I'm building an application bundle for a public release. It needs to be
easier than it is right now.)

Gotta get some ZZZ.

Dan

Dan,

I'm on OS X 10.4.8 on both Power PC and Intel MacBook Pro.

Don't forget 10.5 is out early next year Wink

Cheers,

Nigel

10.3.9 here... will be skipping 10.4 because of spotlight
and other issues and won't be updating to Leopard either
until it's at least to 10.5.6.

Hi Dan,
10.4 (Intel)
Jeremy
ps I have stopped using Pagestream on my mac as there is better and
cheaper software available. I think an OSX product may well change that.

"Spring 2007" could be as early as late March, or as late as mid June

And at least five months after its initial release for it to become
stable, about 10.5.5 or 10.5.6.

I paid for an upgrade to an OS X version of Pagestream years ago ...
when can I get it and I am willing to be a beta tester. I have been
very patient.

Andrew Smith

PS I am using OS X.4.8 on a 1.6GHz G5 Tower.

Dan + the Pagestream boyz.

I am running 10.4 . Is there a version of Pagestream that I can run
on my mac without going into Classiv? I paid the upgrade, asked, and
still haven't been able to find where it is on the download site.

Hi Dan,

10.4.8 on my MacPro
10.4.8 on my MacBookPro Core Duo 2
10..4.8 on my iMac G5

Make it the lowest version which wil run universal code (I think 10.3.9)
I asume that we will get a Universal version!

I agree - there are very few people left running 10.2, and I would
doubt very much if 10.1 is still in the picture, so a universal
binary at 10.3.9 would be beneficial to most of us. 10.2 came out in
2002, and 10.1 in 2001, so they're now oldish operating systems.

Unless I'm completely wrong. But I don't think so. I would suggest
subscribing to one of the Mac bulletin boards, like macobserver.com,
and seeing what they say there.
