I opened PGS on my iMac, and then selected a recent file to open. When I clicked on the file, it opened for a second (at most), then PGS closed and I got an error message which said, Pagestream quit unexpectedly. When the file opened, it was no more that 1/4 inch wide at the far right side of my screen the full height of the screen.

I've tried opening different files, and a new sheet, but the result is always the same. As a lsat resort, I downloaded PGS Pro again and re-installed it, but still get the same result. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions on a fix?

Files open fine on my MacBook Pro, Snow Leopard 10.6.8, even ones going back to 2009. (I have no intentions of going to Lion until I absolutely must. My personal mantra is "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!")

Did you upgrade or alter your system recently?

It worked fine with Lion ver 10.7.1. I forgot there was a recent software
upgrade to ver 10.7.2, and that might be the problem. I'll try ver 10.7.1
again.

Marilyn,

FYI ... It works fine with Lion ver 10.7.1, but it does not work with ver
10.7.2.

Here with Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and PageStream 5.0.5.8, I've had no problems on opening files that were created on an Amiga (using 4.1.5.6 on the Amiga side). Once I've saved a PageStream file on the iMac, it opens later without problems.

Sorry, cannot suggest a fix. Have you checked in Pagestream -> Preferences... and therein in the 'View' settings? In the "View Magnification" area I have 'View:' set to "Full Width".
